✂️

Smart grid slicing

Auto-fits cuts to your printer's build volume (Bambu presets built in), with a seam preview so cuts land in natural detail lines.

🎯

Point-and-click cut planes

Click anywhere on the model and set any angle to place a cut exactly where you want it — separate an arm at the shoulder, or follow a natural seam. Joinery orients itself to the cut, whatever angle it is.

🧩

Snap-fit & diamond pins

Loose pins print flat with no supports. Snap pins click into undercut sockets; diamond pins friction-fit with tunable clearance.

🏰

Hollow with open bottom

Shell big models to true-thickness walls with an open underside — huge prints without solid-infill waste. Joint areas stay solid automatically.

How it works

  1. Upload your STL and pick your printer preset (or exact plate size). Or click one of the built-in samples — cube, castle, or joint-test — to try the tool without downloading anything.
  2. Choose how to cut. Let the auto grid size cuts to your plate, or switch to custom planes and click the model to place each cut yourself at any angle. Either way you see the seams before committing.
  3. Pick your joinery — snap-fit or diamond pins — and optionally hollow the model with an open bottom.
  4. Slice, check the 3D exploded preview, and download one combined STL (in Bambu Studio: right-click → Split → To parts) plus a ZIP of individual parts and the loose-pin plate.

Tip: very large scans (800 mm+, 600k+ triangles) run best in the downloadable desktop version — the hosted app will let you know when a model is too heavy for the free server. If the app appears asleep, click the wake button and give it about a minute.
