Shipping policy
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our location in Novi, Michigan.
Processing times
Vintage and estate-sourced pieces are in hand and ready to go.
These ship within 1–3 business days of your order.
Made-to-order items — 3D printed pieces from our studio, along
with printed apparel, stickers, and accessories — are produced
individually once you order. These take 5–10 business days to
produce before shipping.
If your order contains both, we ship it together once the
made-to-order items are ready, unless you ask us to split it.
Shipping methods and tracking
We ship via USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based
on weight and destination. You'll receive a tracking number by
email as soon as your package leaves us.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not
guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit
time is outside our control.
Packing
Vintage glass and pottery are wrapped and boxed by hand for
transit. If something arrives damaged despite that, contact us
with photos of the item and the packaging and we'll make it right.
International
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside
the US and want something, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
